Bad customer service, hostile, accusitory, judgemental, jumps to conclusions, not willing to listen to her customer, rude

Jen Robin was very rude when replying to an email. Without listening to her customers problem she accused and jumped to conclusions.

She proceeded to reply with a hateful email and said we were not welcome to order from her again. She offered no realistic solution to our problem and was not understanding as to what was going on.

A design was purchased as a gift for me from my grandmother. My grandmother does not own an embroidery machine and has no need for such design. She bought the design and forwarded it to me. I lost the email and asked my grandmother if she still had it which she did not because she didnt need it.

This was explained to Ms. Robins but she proceeded to basically accuse us of stealing. She told me I couldve purchased the design myself. but if it is a gift then how is that possible.

My grandmother innocently bought a gift for me and Ms Robins made her feel like a criminal. And continued to do so with me when I emailed her to complain.

I feel her customer service is very poor.
