Www.lovinlv.co.uk is a ripp off company, selling pre-owned louis vuitton handbags and accessories.i paid 295... originally 325 (given me 10%discount)
the seller claims that all her products are guaranteed authentic and comes with store receipts.i have saved up to treat myself with a branded bag but can't afford to buy a brand new one from the shop, so i decided, after getting strong confirmations from the seller that the bag i am trying to buy is genuine, i sent her the payment thru paypal (which i have been using for about 7 years)... PLS NOTE that i checked the product first on the LOUIS VUITTON website... all seemed ok.
the bag arrived to me very quickly but to my surprise, it looked brand new.i thought that i got a very good bargain.but no receipt, so i emailed her to let her know that she have forgotten to enclose it.she did politely emailed back to say that she accidentally posted it to another person and that she will send it to me.while i was waiting for it to arrive, i started to notice some faults on the bag.so i rang the customer services at lv, told them what i've noticed and also asked them about the real shape of the inside pocket.i was shaking at that point and told my husband to take me to lv shop in london next day. IT WAS A FAKE.then came the COPY of the receipt she promised to send.i didnt even have to discuss it with her as it very fishy.dates and other details have been erased, leaving the price and shops name (THE SAKS).$500 stated on the receipt, which is false as this bag costs about $799 or 430.
so i've been emailing this seller to claim my refund, she wasn't interested.i told her that im going to report her to the police in jersey, which i did, but i have to go thru my local police first.
anyway, she has emailed me few times confidently saying that i should go ahead reporting this to the police and called me a SCAM! she now claims that she sold me a genuine louis vuitton bag and im after a refund for a fake bag that i already have!!!
NO THESE sort of people should be allowed on the websites and streets.
she dont realise that i have printed out the images of the bag on her web and it is exactly the bag she sent me. FAKE and for the paypal, they are useless if you buy things outside ebay.
PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE... IT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN...
