I placed an order for 2 soccer jerseys in November. I decided to cancel one of my purchases and reuqested that I only be sent one item. This company charged me BEFORE they even shipped my purchase. They also did not refund me for the jersey that I cancelled.
So I was sent one jersey and charged $177 for it. The jersey was too big so I sent it back. It has been two months and this company claims that they did not get the jersey back and they are also ignoring my request for a refund.
They owe me money for something that I never even received. So now I don't have any jerseys and I am out 177 dollars.
Everytime I try to contact this man, he either ignores me or asks for information that he should already have regarding the order. For example, what the WorldPay transaction numbers are. He is claiming that he never received my return also.
This situation is beyond ridiculous since I live in the US and I cannot contact him any other way besides email. I have tried calling but they do not answer the phone.
I only want my refund. I do not think that is a big thing to ask.
