Horney Matches And Digi Group
These companies are still taking money from my bank account how do i stop this

I subsribed to what i thought was some computer hardware thinking i had only to make a one off payment. i didnt recieve any hardware or confirmation from these companies.so i cancled.that was four months ago and under the name digi group this company are still taking a monthly payment from my account.

i have contacted my bank and they have told me because this was done as a card payment and not a direct debit payment they cant stop the payments. please give me advice as how to stop these companies taking money from my account.
