Poor service

I ordered a pint of Carlsberg and to start with nothing came from the tap resulting in the member of staff telling me he was going to change the barrel. After doing this my pint was poured as normal. Upon tasting thougg it had a foul, flat taste and after looking at the glass there was little to no bubbles in the beer which is unlike normal. I told the barman this but he refused to even taste the beer let alone change it he merely pointed out that there were "some" bubbles in the pint. Therefore i got him to pour another pint to compare. The fresh pint had more bubbles.but the member of staff attempted to charge me for this beer. At this point i walked outside to calm down but was told by a bouncer that i wasnt allowed back in for "throwing" beer at the member of staff. This is clearly awful customer service. I also asked to see a manager whikst inside and was told he was "busy". Need to know whar i can do now and hgow to complain furthe
