JustHost's billing department is giving me the run around. I have, over the past 18hours, received 3 emails from them. One to try to get me to agree to let the site die a natural death and expire in 2014 as scheduled, one to tell me I hadn't filled out the previous email received with the appropriate information and one telling me he'd send it to the billing department to handle (I was emailing the billing department)!!! Frustrated... yes! They have the worst system for cancelling hosting accounts. I am determined to warn as many people as possible not to use them unless you want to spend days handling a problem that could be taken care of in a few minutes. JustHost sucks!
