Three days ago HSBC telephoned me to say they had blocked an attempted fraud. I was ever so pleased.
Today they paid the same fraudsters from my account because "they kept submitting the request for money" I was not pleased.
I would suggest to the HSBC Fraud department, or imbeciles as I now refer to them as, once an attempt to withdraw monies is clarified as an attempt at fraud, it stays as an attempted fraud and it is stupidity at its most heinous to finally give them money because "they asked for it time and time again". I have demanded compensation for this day of serious upset.
