Jagex - Runescape Runescape Appeal system

My runescape account, xxt kxx has recently been banned for breaking rule 7, macroing. I submitted the following appeal:

Dear Jagex, I would like you to know that I was not using any cheats or something like that. It came because I was hacked, my password was my mothers surname, the person who hacked me said he guessed it. Now the account is banned he gave me back the password. So apparently the person who hacked me used these programs. So please give me back my account since it wasn't my fault.

Greetings xxt kxx

And within 20 seconds it was declined! Jagex sent back the following:

Thank you for your appeal. We are sorry to inform you that this appeal has been denied. We have conclusive evidence that you were actually in control of the account at the time of the offence and, for this reason, this offence will remain on your account. We suggest you take some time to remind yourself of the Rules of Conduct before you start playing again!

My friend later said he knew my password because of a note in my room, he said he guessed it so he could still take notes from my secret spot where I hide all my passwords. They say they have evidence wich they can't show. That's noncense. They might have evidence that this account was macroing, but not that it was me. And I can't even see the evidence, who knows they are not making it all up. After this I have submitted a billing query, containing the following:

Dear Jagex, I feel that I have been unrightfully banned. I have appealed my offence but I don't think anyone even read it. I was hacked when that offence was comitted. Just check the ip adresses please and you will see that it wasn't me. So please unban my account, it wasn't my fould. My friend found my password I had written on a note in my room, he used this bot. So please take a look at it.

And Jagex responded with:

Dear Xxt Kxx,

Thank you for contacting Jagex Billing Support.

If an appeal has been submitted and it has been declined, the action taken will remain and the decision will not be reversed.

Please be aware that each abuse report and offence appeal is carefully reviewed by a member of Jagex staff before a decision is made. There is no chance that an account will have had action taken against it without good reason.

All subscriptions are automatically cancelled if an account is permanently banned when payment is due.

Please note that a ban does not prevent you from creating a new account and attempting the game again from the beginning. Before doing so, I would recommend that you consult the 'Rules' section of the RuneScape Knowledge Base (accessible via www.runescape.com). If you follow these rules, you will avoid situations like this arising in future.

Our decision on this matter will not change, so I would politely ask you to not submit any further messages on this subject.

Hope this answers your query.

Please always refer to the RuneScape Knowledge Base to find the answer to your queries quicker.

Also check out our Billing Forums for other questions and answers. Only members will be able to post, but non-members can still view all information.

Yours sincerely,

He says that every appeal is reviewed carefully, but just check out his myspace account, just go to myspace and search for "mod mark".

It says:

If you feel you have been banned in error, you may not appeal. Appeals will not be looked at, and will consist of an Automated reply stating that you must not attempt to use other programs (e.g. bots, macros or autominers) in conjunction with our games to give yourself an unfair advantage at the game. You also may not circumvent any of our mechanisms designed to log out inactive users automatically.

So this proves he has lied in the runescape mail. I have sent in a lot of requests to check the ip-adresses but Jagex is just too lazy to do that. Jagex really sucks, they can't even show me any evidence about my offence while I can show them evidence that I am innocent, and still, they won't unban my account...
