I have been in contact with British Airways since November last year in order to claim my avios for all my flights relating to a trip from Cape Town to Jersey (CI).
I received some feedback and requests to provide them with details, I sent all the information but no response. I sent follow up email numerous times and every now and then the same info are requested. I resent everything and then yet again no feedback.
I assume that there is some deadline by which the avios will need to be claimed. So I would really like this to be sorted out as soon as possible!!!
