My issue with this company has been going on and still is for te last six months. They took money from my credit card for tutoring for my son without authorisation and never found him a suitable tutor. They have agreed with this but have failed to refund the money despite lots of emails and phone calls. They took far more money than was ever discussed at the initial conversation stage and trying to talk to someone who seems to know what they are doing or have any authority is almost impossible.
They have suggested 250 is what they owe me it is probably more like 350 and I am still determined to retrieve this. They never found a tutor who was familiar with the software that my son was using so the service was never provided. They are always polite when you can speak to someone BUT do not give deatils of any payment as they will take money. I would not recommend them to anyone.
