I purchased computer program 'RegWork' and received a license. I have had to change my operating system from Windows7 64 bit to Windows7 32 bit due to some problems with third party software not being yet available for 64 bit.
The RegWork program will not allow me to register it now as it reports that the program is installed on another computer. This is not so - it was re-installed on the same machine as originally installed. I have sent the two requests for help and both have been ignored. I have paid almost £32 and only been able to use it once.
I think that it ought to be made clear that the software will not work if anything on the computer is changed or better still change their security in line with other software houses.
