Chargingfees after cancelation

I cancelled my game's subscription in march and Oberon are still taking the subscription from my bank

no matter how many emails I have sent they say I am mistaken. that they are not deducting money from the account.

We are now in 2011 and again they are still taking this money from my account.

How on earth are we able to stop them. the sum they owe me is £4.40 per month for a year. This is not right
