I started with skype half a decade ago. Normally it logs me in automatically as I open it. Tonight I'm desperately trying to arrange an overseas trip with a huge cost implication, and skype won't let me in. I forgot my password because I haven't needed it in half a decade, and skype denies knowledge of my email address to which they have sent emails to me!
Online help doesn't work because I must log on which requires the password about which I am trying to find!
Emails don't work because they're all these noreply nonsense and the one that goes to a call centre takes a week or more to respond and then it's a series of one-email-a-day-for-a-week to extract meaningful help from them.
So skype, what the fooooook am I supposed to do now?
