Egarding amount and standard of food

I placed a order with them on the 3rd May it was fabulous no complaints at all ordered again with them on the 4th may and not only were the portions conciderbly smaller the food was nt up to the same standard as before, i phoned them back to let them know about the food and i got a very devensice woman who told me that the reason the quarter of crispy duck was so much smaller was because of the way they had cut the duck, after i xplained that regardless of how they cut the duck i expected the same from them as last time she put the phone down on me. (i dont expect the duck to be the exaxt same amount but this was 1 bone and a few snippets of meat). the rest of the food was ok not something to write home about but edable.
