In April I ordered a shed and garden umbrella from the Garden Factory. It took several weeks and enquiries via email to arrive. I immediately saw that the umbrella was too large to store as it didn't fold, so contacted them via email to arrange to return it. This was ignored. Several emails and phone calls later, the umbrella was collected by their company and returned (in July). They have since ignored my calls and emails requesting a refund for this item, for which I paid 79 (sterling).
