This is my experience with them.
Originally, I required the manufacturing and installation of a rack to hold plates. It would have to be to custom specifications to hold the correctly sized plates and other details that I required. After informing them and paying them the necessary fees, they agreed that they would be able to complete this job, relatively promptly to the original purchase.
Before I explain the other problems with the service, I should first mention that they were very slow in their work. They promised that they would be able to install it into my house several days before they actually did. This then annoyed me because I was actually busy at the time since they hadn't come on the correct time.
When the job was complete, the employee left and I was left with an installed plate rack. Within moments I realised that it wasn't the correct size that I wanted, and I had custom ordered. The plates that I own simply wouldn't work in the plate rack and would fall or become damaged.
After this, I contacted Rother Pine and asked them whether they would be able to give me a refund on the item. However, they insisted that the guy who installed it, come round, and have a look what the problem is. He could have dealt with the matter quite easily and sensibly. However, he argued and aggressively shouted at me to a point in which I thought he was going to become physically violent towards me. It was his own fault for not producing a correct plate rack and I recommend that you do not use this service for absolutely anything. It was shoddy and I am appalled at the workers. This behaviour wasn't just present in this one guy, this was also seen in several other people that I contacted there. It's a discrace.
