I have used Asda online shopping on about 10 seperate occasions. So far I have had out of date food, food that was delivered at 8 o clock at night that became out of date that day, late shopping, problems with the website and food missing. My last shopping experience with them, my shopping was meant to be delivered between 5- 7pm, I waited in and at 7.25 the driver phoned and said that they were just leaving the depot and mine is the last on the delivery list and that they would be with me around 9pm. The driver was rude and abrupt with me when I questioned why I hadn't been informed earlier of the delay.

When the shopping arrived some of the food I ordered was missing, I tried to phone but after being on the phone for 30 minutes waiting I gave up and had to ring again the following day in which they said they would refund what was missing onto my card in the next 3-4 working days. I had to go shopping the next day for the missing food. I complained by email and it took them 2 weeks to respond, 9 times out of the 10 I have had to ring because there has been a problem. They are a disgusting company that have cost me money in petrol and phone calls. I will never shop with Asda again.
