Terrible service!

I have never complained on-line before, but feel that i owe it to others to do so! Here is my story:

Paid for a 6 week delivery to New Zealand, the packages arrive 6 months later!

The packages have been left in Singapore because Intercargo did not give the correct contact details to the agents in the port.

The packages were kept in Singapore for 1 month as this is how long it took for Intercargo to respond to the agents in Singapore.

When my items arrived here in NZ, 6 months late the came with a $500 bill for the storage at Singapore port!

When you ring they dont answer! When you Email they don;t reply!

DO NOT USE DO NOT USE!
