This is an online retailer who does not send out the products you order. Like other scam companies, they take your order and do not deliver the goods, in the hope that you do not chase them up. It is time consuming chasing these companies up, but you have to do it and get your money back. They make thousands of dollars a year because people just do not have the time to chase them up. If you have used this company and not received your goods, please contact trading standards ASAP who are building a case against them.
