Delay and lack of information

The company that the Daily Telegraph are usung to dispatch their special offers are not up to the job. Last year 2010 I ordered a number of items from them and they made a terrible muddle over the order.2 of one thing, some missing etc. It took a month to sort it all out. This Christmas I ordered again thinking they might have been sorted out. Three items ordered. One was out of stock. They did not inform me as it says they will. I enquired wherey order had got to. Eventuelly was told part out of stock. Would I like other items dispatched to which I said yes as they were Christmas gifts. Nothing happened.

I placed my order the day after 'Telegraph Select' came out at start of January and still have no goods at all.

As a subscriber I feel that the company are letting down the paper and need sorting out or sacking.
