I ordered 5 Nokia N95 cellphones, 5 Apple iphones 8GB and 10 Xbox 360. Thes are buy 5 free 1 and free shipping. I made initial payment of $410 as an agreement. Then company told me that its being delivered. I've been waiting for the delivery but then, the company sent me an email, telling me to pay custom fees of $750 so that my products will be delivered. I was shocked because the company told me that it is free shipping. I asked him if he will deduct the $750 from my balance and if he can proceed to pay the shipping company for the delivery of the package to me. Then he emailed me again demanding full payment which is out from the agreement. The agreement is I will pay him the balance upon delivery of the products I ordered from him. I refused to pay because he is no longer following the agreement. We demanded for a full amount refund and the company told me that they will deduct the shipping cost? How come they will deduct shipping cost since, I haven't received the product. He is ripping us off.
Please help us with this on how to get the full amount of $1, 160 from Alamin Telecommunications.
