I was contacted in December by MLP Media offering me advertising in a leaflet for my local chemist, which would apparently by given out with every prescription. I paid 3 intalments - 1 in December and then another 2 in January. Throughout 2011 I made many phonecalls to MLP Media chasing my advert and was lied to on several occaisions, being told the leaflet was at the printers. On speaking to the chemist, I since found out that the leaflet wasn't in fact given out with prescriptions as I was told. In my next conversation with MLP Media I was told the leaftet hadn't gone to print and if I wanted to complain I needed to email Mr Tom England, who is the Company Director. I've sent many emails requesting a refund and these have all been ignored. I had only just started my business at the end of last year and really needed the benefit of some advertising and having spend my advertising budget with this unreputable company was unable to afford to advertise elsewhere.
