As a plumber I get many customers buying from these people and every second item is either faulty or does not fit into what it is supposed to.. I had no end of problems, arguments and it is next to impossible to get refunds from them.
its a uncle and two nephews operation with two phone lines coming in and they pass on to each other if they want to avoid explanation for delays or faults on their equipment..
The MD is called Farouk Member, his home number is 0116 270 0193, the company secretary is Ibrahim Member. Oddly Mr Member is a very busy person and couldn't speak to me, but I don't think these chaps should be trading.
Please call local consumer advice - 08454 04 05 06. or 0116 305 8000 and ask for duty officer of leicester trading standard office. They have a file on these scammers to add your detail. Mr. Touseef Hussain known as Shaf actually takes pride in how they dishonestly fob off complaints.
