Shipped goods through this company to Ghana, 6 months later goods still not received

This company is a shipping company operating door to door services from the UK to Ghana. In October i sent a consignment of goods to Ghana through them, paid the charges, goods were supposed to be in Ghana within 6 weeks, it's 29th February today, the goods are still not in Ghana, the company is refusing to answer my calls, I've been made lots of futile promises over the past months all to no avail, pls avoid this company at all cost
