I telephone from Thailand and before the telephone as rang the call is intercepted by your receptionist informing me that the person l am ringing is unable to answer the call and would l leave a message, If the person l am ringing does not answer the call l know he can not answerI it so why intercept.l do not respond and dicontinue the call. This interception costs me and l have not been connected. No dought the interception is delberarte so you can claim from the telrphone company l use.
