Today I tried Clairols' Nice & Easy Foam, What a TERRIBLE product!
I have been using Clairols' Nice & Easy shampoo now for quite a few years and have had no complaints before. Until I tried their FOAM. I had a Professional Hairdresser come round to my home, she followed the instructions given, when applying the Foam it splashed across my kitchen table (which is now stained) as the dye will not wash off as others have done. After 15 minutes I asked her to wash it off as it was starting to burn, which she did. She applyed the conditioner then dried my hair. The final result was AWFUL! My hair went Very Dark, Black in fact. It also felt liked straw and had no shine whatsoever! Also it left very bad staining on my face which could not be removed however hard I scrubbed! I spent 30 minutes under the shower and re-washed my hair numerous times to try to remove what I could! I hope there will be no lasting damage! I think the advertising for this product is SO wrong! I will not be using it again, I will also warn everyone else I know not to use it. Also my hairdresser said she would make a point about warning her customers NOT to buy this AWFUL hair colourant. DREADFUL!
