Designed and purchased a Tingdene manufactured Lodge. Initial customer support on build was OK. But mis sold the properties of their Termo wood by park operator (Billing Aquadrome Pure leisure) and Tingdene. Now wood has patchy colours and extensive mould after 6 months. Had a 5 month battle to re-fit a terrible mismatch of a white kitchen. Multiple heating leaks/failures. Insulation was so badly fitted.. Had 17 days off work. BroKen promises and failure to attend remedial dates. Now gone legal to park operator. Tingdene are the worst company I have every parted with my money to. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Customer services full of people with out the power to switch alight. Comes from the management and Directors. They should be named and shamed.
