G-ONE HOTEL KAMPALA HAS POOR SERVICES

IS ANYONE PLANNING TO TRAVEL TO KAMPALA AND USE SOME OF THE HOTELS! READ THIS PLEASE. ON THE 21ST OF JAN I WAS IN KAMPALA AT AROUND 12 NOON, I DECIDED TO HAVE A MEAL IN ONE HOTEL CALLED G-ONE HOTEL BLOCK 12, PLOT 1595 RUBAGA ROAD, WHEN I ENTERED THERE, THE YOUNG GIRL CAME TO WHERE I WAS SITED AND ASKED HER IF THEY HAD RICE AND STEW, SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD THEM, I PAID THE MONEY AND SHE TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 15MIN OF WHICH I DID, I ASKED HER TO GIVE ME BLACK COFFEE AS I WAIT FOR MY MEAL, THIS GIRL LOOKED TIRED AND HEAVY TO WALK, I PAID MORE MONEY FOR A BLACK COFFEE, SHE WENT AND I SPENT 30MIN WAITING FOR COFFEE, UNTIL WHEN I DECIDED TO WALK AWAY WITHOUT GETTING MY MEAL AND COFFEE, I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, BUT ALL THE GIRLS DID NOT WANT ME SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, THERE WAS A SECURITY MAN OUTSIDE, I ASKED HIM IF THE MANAGER WAS IN, TOLD ME AS HOW HE WAS THE MANAGER OF THE DAY AND THAT I SHOULD TELL HIM MY PROBLEM, I DECIDED TO DRIVE AWAY WITHOUT SEEING THE MANAGER, I WENT TO THE NET AND SAW THEIR WEBSITE, I SENT A MESSAGE TO HIM BUT HE FAILED TO GET BACK TO ME. I WANT TO INFORM ANYONE WISHING TO TRAVEL TO KAMPALA, NOT TO USE G-ONE HOTEL, THEIR SERVICES ARE RUBBISH.
