I have been living in a Stef and Phillips property for over a year now and I have had so many problems with them. They took 3 weeks and about 20 phone calls til they replaced my broken mattress. I was told that someone would be coming to replace it but no one came and I was sitting at home waiting like a muppet and when I called back they just apologised and assured me they'd get it seen to yet nothing happened. It was only when I complained that they did something about it. My sink and shower both broke and it took numerous calls for it to be seen too. The customer service is just absolutely rubbish. They are quick to take their rent yet can't be bothered to fix any problems! You're better off going to another estate agent! Oh and the doorbell has been broken for months and the landlord doesn't even care about getting it fixed. My parcels are always taken back to the post office because I never know when the postman is outside due to the doorbell not working. Honestly, they are extremely unprofessional.
