Robert Heath are Appointed service engineers for Affinity Sutton, who are my landlords. They have now missed 4 inspection appointments to my premises, that, despite a telephone call from some one from Robert Heath on Monday 22nd February, promising that they would make sure that engineer would turn up between 08.00 - 12.00 today Friday 26th February.
Despite that assurance no one has turned up, and I have even been contacted by Robert Heath to offer any kind of excuse.
If I refuse to let them enter my premises, then I am liable for eviction, what happens to a company like Robert Heath, who think they can run rough shod over people.
