In 2010 we paid an over inflated price for doors & windows from Everest, believing they would Fit the Best? We have been fighting to get the matter resolved ever since. They do not listen, communication is terrible, no site survey prior to installation, which was done by a couple of cowboys. Their advertising and sales is very far from the truth, in our experience and their products just do not do as they said the would, or as advertised. We were told that we would not hear traffic noise with the standard Upvc units & that our home would be warmer. This has proved to be a complete fabrication. Their credential consist of Trust Mark and GGF (Glazing & Glass Federation, who also own FENSA), and they expect us to believe they will give an independent inspection of Everest's work? They haven't! Within a triangle of M3, A331 & A325 Farnborough Rd, directly under the flight path for Farnborough & Heathrow Airports, the GGF reported that we lived in a quiet rd? What rubbish! We want the peace, tranquillity & warmth they still advertise.
