I bought a Black & Decker workbench from this company off eBay
With postage it cost almost a 100 pound
On their listing they promise to dispatch within two days. After five I contacted them to find out why my goods hadnt been sent?
It took them a few days to answer and in an email they assured me that my goods had definitely been dispatched.
But a few days later I received another email from them telling me that NOW my goods had been dispatched - that meant that the first email hadn't been truthful
I contacted them and asked for a tracking number
When I didnt hear anything I opened a case on eBay
Two weeks have now passed since I bought and paid for this item
Tonight I've received another email confirming that my goods will be picked up a courier.
This means that had it not been for my opening a case on eBay this company probably wouldn't have dispatched?
Their website and eBay store lists hundreds of items - but I suspect in practice they hold no stock?
eBay features many complaints from dissatisfied customers that haven't received their bought and paid for goods from Buyaparcel.
Seeing that and looking at my own experience, I'd advise all prospective customers to shop elewhere!
