During the latter part of 2011, my elderly parents (resident in Swindon) had a flat roof replaced by Scorpion Builders. The invoice and "20 year guarantee" indicated the material manufacturer was Matrix Roofing Bristol and the supplier as Raven Roofing Swindon. Subsequent to the installation, my parents had numerous leak problems resulting in Scorpion returning SEVEN times to unsuccessfully patch up their work. The leaks continued until January 2013, when another roofer fixed their shoddy work. Williams had previously indicated that it was no longer his problem, alleging the leak was on an adjoining roof and as a result of a heart attack he was no longer trading
