Whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING AT ALL from this company. This company called The Lavabo Bathroom Company deals out of an office within a Business Centre. Their office is NEVER staffed. There is NO telephone or fax service (otehr than a CALLBACK number). They DO NOT reply to E-mails. Basically, once you've paid, there's no way to contact them.
We paid for goods and NEVER received them. These are also Zazzeri Moon taps. I see that someone else has also had the same issues. We are now filing a claim in the small claim court for just under 1, 000-00 (One thousand pounds sterling) being the monies that we've paid.
The name of the person is Mauro Malavasi and his partner is Emanuele Mura. Neither has contacted us for the past 6 weeks despite us having placed an order in MID- FEBRUARY.
No order, no money = LEGAL ACTION against them. We'll get our money back one way or another as we know how to. But others may not be so lucky.
