Charged me, never sent plants, won't return e-mail's I send or return phone call Ormskirk

I ordered plants and never recieved them. I emailed him 4 times and he never responded. I called and left a message, still no reply. He charged me for plants that I never got. There is a websit I found, warning that he is a swindler. It was 17 days ago that I made purchase and was charged.
