Fujitsu siemens amilo laptop
I paid £300 pound for my laptop it was fine untill last week when the screen started to flicker and is ony 2 year old the problem got worse so i decided to contacy fujitsu siemens i told him the problem to my shock he said that it would cost me money to get it repaired i says to him it was only 2 year old he still said it would cost me money i says to him that i contacted dell and thier customer servive said if it was thier computer they would have sent a couriour to pick it up and if they could not fix it they would have replaced it if it was thier computer so i emailed fujitsu siemens to let them know what dell would have done if it was thier computer but mark bute says no i would have to pay to get it repaired this made me lose the plot and i smashed the computer off the tabe because fujitsu siemens did not push the boat out for customer satisfaction now i am £300 pound out of pocket and i have not got a computer i am fuming i would like my complaint to be heard they made me lose it and i want answers from this company because the customer did not come first profit did as they wanted to scam more money out of the poor customer as for thier product £300 pound for it to last 2 years its a joke
