Ordered Ink Cartridges for my Brother printer on 9th January and I am still waiting delivery. Their response to my queries is disgusting. They do not have telephonic contact. I reckon this company is a big fraud. It should be stopped from trading and made to pay money back to the people whom they have not honoured.
