I bought some 007 Ink cartridges for a all in one Lexmark X5495, they took my money beginning of August and said I would receive them within 2 weeks, No Cartridges, I sent e-mails but they won't receiving them, finally after 5 phone calls I spoke to a Human who said they will be with me beginning of September, again mid- September arrived and no Cartridge, again after speaking to someone I was told the delivery had not arrived from Hong Kong, I explained that their e-mail I had sent kept coming back to me, i was told here was a fault with the e-mail system. I was also told I would get my Cartridges definitely by the end of October, after more phone calls I finally received my Cartridges end of November to find they DON'T WORK, I paid nearly £30 for rubbish.
