Called the Dell Call Center and got Routed to U.K (from South Africa) - Explained in Detail all the Problems I had been having with my Device and Troubleshooting Undertaken - Alasdair MacIntyre (Dell Engineer) was very Knowledgeable about the Product and Took the Time to Listen to All the Testing / Troubleshooting undertaken - Very Well Spoken; Friendly and was sincere in his demeanor to help me Solve my Problem.
Several Options were proposed and I as a Customer felt that I was being given the best solutions available; Alasdair Provided continuous feedback and completely went the Extra Mile; I felt like my Problem was Important and I was Valued as a Customer! - WOW! This is My First Dell Notebook and I'm glad to say that based on the Experience with Alasdair and the Local and Foreign Call-centers - You've won a client for Life; I've never experienced such Excellent Service Delivery from any ICT Vendor Ever - Great Job - Keep it up!
