TIDEBUY DON'T BUY!! Buyer beware, I ordered a dress in good faith, paid in full in advance, awaited delivery, paid the import duty of nearly £10 on delivery, and received a faulty ripped shoddy dress, nothing like the picture on the website apart from colour and the sequins! Emailed their customer service as per website and delivery info with photos of the "dress" - they eventually replied saying that i should take to a local tailors and pay for it to be repaired and that it was now mine and they did not think it was a bad tear on the bodice. When I replied saying that I was not used to purchasing damaged goods and it was their responsibility to either repair or refund they asked me to keep it as they had supplied the material and it had taken their time to make up in the first place and that if I did not want to wear it myself to either give it to one of my friends or family either as a gift or sell it to them! Beggars belief!!! Following further emails sent to them they offered me $5 off my next order! AS IF! They have since stopped replying to my emails. THEY ARE DISGRACE AND SHOULD NOT BE TRADING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
