DO NOT USE UK VISA AND IMMIGRATION!
This is the most appaling dishonest service I have ever came accross! These people promise you anything you want, just to get your money! They will ask you how much you earn and whether you have savings to assess how much they can cash in on you. My friend and I both called with same story and got different quotes!
These people really need to be shut down as they are preying on vulnerable people, who would pay money to have a visa solution quickly! If you became a victim of their services, please complain to the Office of Fair Trading and OISC!!! And remember about the Consumer Protection Distant Selling Regulation which gives you the right for a full refund within 7 days of paying (cooling off period) over the phone or on the internet. In case with UK VIsa and Immigration, they do everything to deceive you and not let you know about this consumer right! As they do not send you the notification of your right to cancel, the cooling off period is extended to 3 months.
Also you can complain to your bank and get a chargeback.
