Company Is a complete wrip off but much worse than that they are thugish and violent. They picked up my car even after I called and canceled the pick up. I became aware of the bad reviews about the company prior to the date scheduled for pick up. None the less the car was taken illegally. The police were called and the car reported stolen. The police would not do anything? why? because they say they have a specialist department dealing with the company because they are well known to the police. They have been raided by trading standards. In fact when I asked the police to accompany me to the place to recover my stolen car they would not and said in fact they had two officers there at the moment dealing with a disturbance. When I said I could not believe they would not help me recover my car and I was going anyway, they advised me not to go because they were violent/ Thanks Police! for nothing. A TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE FOR ADEVELOPED 1ST WORLD COUNTRY.
I know that reading reviews can leave you thinking maybe he is just a disgruntled customer and it is unique to him. Unfortunately not. I went immedaiately to recover my car as I did not want them to touch it. within two hours and them knowing I did not want any work carried out on the car they rushed ahead and pulled the engine out and stripped as much of it apart as possible before I arrived. On arrival they charged me over £600 for the pleasure of completely ruining the engine. The engine is now a right off and the car has now been sold for scrap :(.
All the management are thugs and aggresive and I certainly would not want to experience that again. Apparently they are moving soon so watch out as they will probably be called something else soon. The actual workshop looks nothing like the website and neither do the staff. I am a little nervous about even writing about them but what the hell. If I can stop one person from haveing the same experience then it is worth it. An example of what I faced was when I asked one of the senior guys what his name was he told me his first name, when I asked for his full name he responded " we only have first names here mate... customer service at its best!
