I arrived at this sevice station at 12.30pm last sat morn after traveling 380 miles from dundee to fill up my tank .on getting there i put the nozzle in my car and waited for the pumop to start. on hearing a loud shouting noise i turned to find the attendent calling me!!! as the pump wasent working i walked over to him to be told if i want fuel i have to pay for it first!!! confused i said sorry but i dont know how much my tank would take and said ive never heard of ANY garages doing this so called pay first before you get ur fuel.the attendent ask me well how are you paying for it!! i replyed debit card he then said to me well if u want ur fuel ul have to LEAVE ur card with me here fill ur car up and return to the desk to enter ur pin!!! now as i am dissabled and cant walk far i was vvv angry and told the attendent i would be complaining to which he replyed its bp policy!!! i think its disgusting!!! that they make u leave ur debit card there were is the security in that!!! i would be gratefull if you would look into this matter!!!
