Nerd is the name and Nerds indeed! They phoned to tell me my computer was going to crash and had the info sent to them from Windows with my phone details. This is absoloute rubbish and comes from an Indian call centre. The website is a fraud and the company is not registered in the UK as they claim on the phone. The address given is a mail forwarding service.
The guy wanted access to my computer. I would have to be a supermug to allow this.
