I p/x my car for one of theirs. I was told it would come with x6mts warranty. I was given no paperwork and the dealer sold me the car from his 'house' after showing me the vehicle at an alternative dealership in watford. He is trading currently under the name 'Blackrock motors'. The dealer is called Ross. OInly after we had signed all the paperwork and handed over the money etc, de he tell me there was no paperwork for the warranty. Low and behold, Ive several problems with the car. Electric window keeps jamming, rattle in the dashboard, clutch making noises. He basically told me where to go as I don't have any paperwork to support that he sold me the car with warranty. Also, in discussion with him during the transaction, he told us he was being taken to court by the council for dealing frm 'home'. etc. I am warning anyone else of this dealer to beware!!! I will be contacting Trading standards and his local council. I may even take him to court under sale and supply of goods act.
