Due to Air India staff's unfair behaviour, we were forced to leave our luggage on airport. We had connecting flight to UK. They are non cooperative and see international travellers as the only source of making money. They misguide the passangers and force them to pay money. We booked the flight from Air India local office and they ensured that there will not be any issues with weight as we are international passengers but as the flight was of early morning. The AirIndia staff didnt consider the fact that their own staff had assured us with the luggage. We could not reach the concern person as it was early morning. They are cheating people and misguiding and harassing the passangers. ITs rediculues for some national air service to behave in this way.
I would like to complain on the same. this is not the first time I have experienced this. But i really want to take strong action against such behaviour.
