My initial impression of global visa's/ixp visa's was positive. I was assigned a case manager promptly and he seemed motivated although he told me I did not need a visa to get married in the UK as I am American. I most definitely do need a visa. Unfortunately this gentleman quit the company. I was slightly upset about this but these things happen. What really got me mad was the company's complete lack of interest in telling me. I called and emailed for a week before I finally got a hold of someone that told me what had happened. At this point I completed the visa myself. When I asked about a refund they just closed my account and kept me in the dark. Do not use this company, you will regret it!
