2 WEEK LATE DELIVERY AND STILL A NO SHOW

After seeing so many adverts and good reviews about Ketone Plus, I was very excited to try out this new product. I had done quite a bit of research on the product before deciding to purchase it from Evolution Slimming (assuming this was the best company). I ordered my 1 month's supply on the 26th September and paid the additional? 1.99 for first class delivery. The Evolution Slimming website stated that the package would arrive within 1-2 days after the order had been placed. I have now contacted Evolution Slimming 3 times to check up on my order. 2 weeks later, my package has still not arrived! I am very disappointed and if I had known it would be such a mission, I would have ordered with another company. This is very unprofessional. After I contacted Evolution Slimming again today, I was ensured that I would receive the package tomorrow (not the first time). In situations like this, I think it is the company's responsibility to contact the customer, not the other way round. Sort yourselves out.
