I'm a regular customer of Parcelmonkey, several parcels every week. Problem is that when they fail, they barely acknowledge the problem and never pull the stops out to help, even though you are a customer.
Most recently I booked a parcel for collection on 13th March, collection failed, the best they could do was to rebook for 15th (which is when the parcel should have been delivered). 15th didn't work for us so we reluctantly accepted the 18th - guess what, collection failed, as it has today on the 20th.
I ask what has gone wrong and why they won't pull out the stops to put things right, they don't even acknowledge my questions and requests. They just say that it will be booked for collection in a further 48 hours. In the meantime, how am I to explain this to my customer.
You can't call Parcelmonkey or email them... I wonder why not?
