I purchased 2 tickets from Birmngham International to Ankara on 23rd April; within a few hours the dates of my trip had been changed; I could not contact their UK telephone, it seems cut off; I phoned the States; they dealt with my problem, revised my booking & sent a confirmation email - Fine so far, the itinerary did not appear on their web site, so I contacted them again by emails and telephone calls asking for confirmation that I was definitely booked with Lufthansa for 30th May. Despite more emails & 5 telephone calls to Cheapoflights, I still have no confirmation, Lufthansa do not have a booking for me & cheapo say I asked for the original dates to be reinstated. They say their server is down, they cannot access nor give me information. As this is a business trip I need to know that I am travelling on the 30th May. They promised to contact me definitely yesterday; still nothing; I paid by credit card and they have taken my payment of £561 but I still have no confirmation. How do I get this company to respond? Their web site still says "no itinerary".
